The hotel has an excellent location to explore the city. It’s in a very nice neighbourhood close to Termini station and walking distance to the underground. the room is clean with friendly and responsive staff. the breakfast is simple but tasty and served in a nearby cafe. the ambiance is quiet, perfect for a good night's rest.
One negative feature identified in a review was the low water pressure in the shower.

We had an amazing experience staying in this hotel. It was very clean and had great facilities. The hotel's location was perfect, close to the metro station and all the main landmarks in the city center. Additionally, their staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast that was delivered to our room each morning.
There was nothing we didn't like.

First of all, the location was perfect. The hotel was in Via quattro fontane, which is exactly in the center. So you can easily access by walk most of the turist attractions. Moreover the metro and the Termini station is within 5~10 minutes by walk. The facility was over my expectation, considering most of Italian hotels are out of date when it comes to facilities. This appartment was impeccably modern, with full of home appliances making it possible to cook yourself buying some foods in the supermarket just around corner from the hotel. Cooking yourself also served a lot to save extra money for meals which is nothing to sneeze in travel expenses. The ladies of the hotel, including the cleaning lady :), were really heartwariming and helped me a lot from teaching me how to open the big door of the hotel to where to go to find out the finest gelateria in Rome. I'll always look for this hotel whenever I need to find a good accommodation in Rome!!

The hotel had very polite and helpful staff who were always ready to assist. the room was kept clean and tidy every day. I found the location to be very convenient as it was close to all the popular tourist spots and I did not need to use public transportation. the room was equipped with all necessary items such as a fridge and microwave.
The room allocated to me was quite small and impractical as the ceiling of the mezzanine level where the bed was placed was too low, making it difficult to move around. the breakfast provided was not up to the mark as it only included sliced bread and plastic-wrapped croissants, missing items like a toaster, plates or butter.

value for money, good location, close to supermarkets, right on the shopping.
should ve had some bath soap/shower gel packs at least for the first night. apartment concept so you're pretty much on your own once you get the keys. The lady who runs the service is friendly and helpful though.

Excellent location, plenty of space, and having cooking facilities was brilliant
The management are letting the place go downhill fast. Only one wine glass and two knives, and the pans were falling apart. No dishwashing liquid and nothing to clean up with.

The location was excellent and that is about all they had to offer. I would never stay there again or recommend it to any one.
When we showed up there was no one around to let us in. We finally were able to reach someone by sending a text message and they replied that someone would be there in 20 minutes and we waited another 30 minutes. They wanted cash payment even though later we found out that they also took credit cards. The breakfast was a joke. They offered us the choice of a couple of pieces of bread (not toast) with either fresh cheese or marmolade and coffee. We meet our neighbors the next day and they said that there was no one around when they arrived 2 days earlier and they had to wait for 40 minutes for someone to show up. Just an all around unplesant stay.

The location is good, not far from the termini station. The list of recommended restaurants is helpful. The rooms are big, with TV, sofa, and fully equipped kitchen.
The key for the out door of the apartment is not easy to use. I never succeeded opening it.

This hotel provided me with a luxurious experience. the room was equipped with exclusive amenities that fulfilled all of my needs. the private facilities were exceptional, making my stay both comfortable and extravagant. the hotel's location was advantageous, conveniently located in the heart of the city.
the service provided by the staff was lacking, which made communication difficult.

We were extremely happy with this accomodation and location. The owner was very helpful and accomodating and the apartment itself was clean, modern and most importantly had air con! There was a lift in the building to get us to the top floor and the facilities inside the apartment were thoughtful and well-considered (we had fresh coffee left for us, there was a washing machine, good kitchen facilities and dining facilities). Each room had fresh fluffy towels and crisp white sheets and overall the location is close to the station and is in walking distance of trevi fountain, piazza venezia, shops and the open top bus. I would thoughroughly recommend this apartment for groups of friends or families

The apartment was clean and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and bathroom. It was located near a main road with many good restaurants around and a grocery store nearby, which saved us some money. it had a great patio that added to our local experience.
We struggled to find the hotel, especially since we didn't opt for the airport pick-up. The lack of breakfast or wifi was unfortunate, but we managed.
